At Com Bot AI Limited, we maintain a simple and transparent billing policy. All payments made to Com.Bot are non-refundable.
1. Non-refundable payments
All fees — including the fixed monthly platform subscription, WhatsApp conversation charges and AI conversation charges — are final and non-refundable once paid, whether or not the Service or included usage is fully utilised.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing from the next billing cycle. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund, in whole or in part, for the current or any previous billing period, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
3. Usage-based charges
WhatsApp and AI charges are based on actual usage and are billed separately. Because these are consumed in real time, they are non-refundable.
4. Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes apply going forward; no credit or refund is issued for the unused portion of a current plan.
5. Free plan
Our Free plan lets you evaluate Com.Bot at no cost before upgrading, so you can confirm it fits your needs before making any payment.
