These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Com.Bot platform, websites and services (the "Service") provided by Com Bot AI Limited ("Com.Bot", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Com.Bot provides automation software that connects WooCommerce stores with customers over WhatsApp and other channels, including abandoned cart recovery, COD verification, order notifications, AI-assisted support, reviews, segmentation and retention campaigns.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
4. Acceptable use
- You will comply with all applicable laws and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's commerce and platform policies.
- You will only message customers who have provided the required consent to be contacted.
- You will not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta and on third-party AI providers. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and pricing. WhatsApp conversation charges and AI usage charges are billed separately based on actual usage.
6. Fees and payment
The platform fee is a fixed monthly subscription. WhatsApp conversations and AI conversations are charged separately based on usage. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, designs and content, is owned by Com Bot AI Limited and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, deliverability, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Com Bot AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable policies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
